DESIGN BRIEF:
For this project I took two texts with no obvious connection and connected the two in an introspective book. I connected my journey with faith, God, and Spirituality to a biography about the life of Edgar Degas. I used two unifying type and design systems to refer to each text. I also combined images of Degas' works as well as personal photos from my life to unite the texts and ideas further. Through this project I learned how to integrate two different design systems to become one design system. I also learned how to add interest into my layouts so that they did not feel to uniform and repetitive.
